Program overview
The CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development is a postgraduate-equivalent qualification that equips experienced L&D practitioners with the strategic insight, leadership capability, and research skills needed to shape and direct organisational learning at the highest level. Delivered virtually in partnership with Bradfield, a trusted CIPD partner since 1992, the programme spans 240 guided learning hours across core and specialist units. Assessment is entirely assignment-based, with no examinations, and is both internally quality assured by Bradfield and externally moderated by the CIPD.

Prerequisites
