Program overview
The CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development extends the disciplines and scope of the Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development and is aimed at intensifying your autonomy and judgement, so that you can strategically lead and direct organisations and their people. It gives you the depth and breadth of understanding, the insight and the strategy-development skills to operate and lead at senior level, and to influence people practitioners and organisations.
iLead delivers this diploma with Bradfield Learning & Development, a CIPD approved centre since 1992. The programme runs as Virtual Instructor-Led Training (V-ILT): four blocks of twelve live online evening units from 16:00 to 20:00 KSA time, opened by an induction session, with 240 guided learning hours in total. The qualification is equivalent to postgraduate study; expect at least four hours of self-study for every hour of tutor-led learning.

Prerequisites
Candidates should be experienced people practitioners with work experience in HR or L&D, ideally holding the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development or equivalent senior experience. To earn the qualification you must complete all modules and attend all training sessions: if you miss one session in a week, you repeat all sessions of that week.
