I.How we work
We're a distributed institute. Our HQ is in Bern; teams sit in Riyadh, Muscat, Tetovo, and across Europe. We meet in person every quarter, work asynchronously between, and value clear writing over long meetings.

People with judgement. Programme directors who can design what they've understood. Advisors who match programmes to organisational realities, not the other way round. Operators who care about the seventh follow-up email more than the first slide.
III.Open positions

Three lines of work: open-enrolment cohorts, executive academies for a single sponsor, advisory mandates. Send us the context: cohort, capability gap, timing. An advisor responds within two working days with a first read on fit.
