We don't run training. We orchestrate change.

iLead was founded in Bern with a simple thesis: too much corporate training is theatre. Slides, frameworks, mandatory attendance, and nothing changes the next quarter.
We wanted something different. So we built an institute that pairs international accreditation bodies with practitioners who have done the work: people who have restructured broken supply chains, turned around failing businesses, and reshaped organisations from inside.
Today our programmes operate from four offices: Bern as headquarters, Riyadh anchoring our Gulf work, Muscat serving Oman and the broader region, and Tetovo handling operations across Europe. We work in-person, virtually, and on-site within client organisations.
What hasn't changed is the bar. Every program is judged by one question: did the work change?
