No. Assessment is entirely assignment-based — typically one written assignment per unit, plus some skills assessments. Trainers review one draft per assignment, and learners may make two submissions before a retake is required.

Bradfield internally quality-assures all student work, which is then externally moderated by the CIPD. The Level 7 qualification is developed in accordance with the Regulated Qualifications Framework and the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications.
