The CIPD Level 3 Certificate in People Practice is designed for individuals building their expertise in HR and people management. Delivered virtually in partnership with Bradfield — a CIPD-trusted provider since 1992 — the programme covers core behaviours, business context, analytics, and the essentials of people practice. Spanning 120 guided learning hours, it is assessed through written assignments and skills assessments with no formal examinations.
