Program overview

The CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice develops the knowledge and skills that let you contribute to colleagues, customers and the organisation from the start: supporting change, driving impact and creating immediate and short-term value. You learn to gather and use information about your work, your organisation and the people profession, and build the confidence to take on tactical people-practice tasks that deliver value.

iLead delivers this qualification with Bradfield Learning & Development, a CIPD approved centre since 1992 and the first provider to deliver the new CIPD syllabus in 2021 and in Arabic in 2023. The programme runs as Virtual Instructor-Led Training (V-ILT): live online evening units from 16:00 to 20:00 KSA time, opened by an induction session, with 120 guided learning hours in total. Cohorts are available in English and in Arabic.

Common questions

Who delivers the programme? +
iLead runs this qualification with Bradfield Learning & Development as learning partner. Bradfield has delivered CIPD qualifications in the UK, Europe and the Middle East since 1992, is licensed for Levels 3, 5 and 7, and was the first provider to teach the new CIPD syllabus in 2021 and to deliver in Arabic in 2023. The qualification itself is awarded by the CIPD.
Is this programme available in Arabic? +
Yes. Level 3 is delivered in English and in Arabic. In 2026, Arabic cohorts open with an induction on 25 August and 30 November, English cohorts on 5 August and 5 October. Each session listed on this page is one cohort; check with our team which language applies to the start date you choose.
When do the live sessions take place and how long does a cohort run? +
All live virtual units run from 16:00 to 20:00 KSA time, typically two evenings per week during a unit. A cohort starts with an induction session and runs for around four months, with breaks between the units.
Are there any examinations? +
No. Assessment is entirely through written assignments, usually one per unit, plus some skills assessments. Your tutor reviews one draft per assignment and gives feedback, and you may submit each assignment twice before a retake is required.
Is the qualification regulated and externally quality assured? +
Yes. CIPD Levels 3 and 5 sit on the UK's Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), regulated by Ofqual and CCEA. Assignments are internally quality assured by Bradfield and externally moderated by the CIPD.
Can Saudi citizens have the course fee refunded? +
CIPD Level 3 has been included in the Professional Certification Program since May 2016. Refunds are available to any Saudi citizen, whether unemployed or employed in the public or private sector, up to a maximum of 30,000 SAR for certification. Ask our team for the current conditions.
What delivery options are available? +
The public programme is delivered live online (V-ILT). Bradfield occasionally offers a blended format that combines classroom days with live online sessions and, at Level 3, an online on-demand self-study option. Ask our team if you need one of these.
