CIPD Level 5 In order to attend a Level 5 qualification, a student needs to have already completed CIPD Level 3 and/or have approx. 5 years HR experience and be in a management role. We do complete a CV review and telephone interview during the registration process for CIPD Level 5 to ensure each participant has the correct Level of experience for the course. When you have a confirmed participant for Level 5 please return a completed Registration Form, Level 5 English test and an up to date copy of their CV to me and Sarah and we will liaise with them to arrange the telephone interview (keeping you in CC)
