Strategic HR Leadership

This interactive, practical, and engaging course will develop the Human Resources leadership knowledge and skills of participants at an advanced level as well as the competencies needed to achieve greater results.

The course will be facilitated by Guy Ellis, a former Senior Human Resources Leader with extensive global Business Partnering experience in delivering senior level training and development. The course will be assessed by a series of participative sessions and a presentation of a personal development plan designed to assess understanding and application of Human Resource leadership and related competencies.
