This intensive and practical program will provide attendees with all of the knowledge, skills, and mindsets they need in order to be effective and impactful agile leaders.
Each day of the course will have a loose theme to it:

• Day Two: Agile Leadership, Teams, Trust and Collaboration
• Day Three: Agile Leadership and Change
• Day Four: Communication and Development of the Agile Leader
