This course was designed for maintenance and reliability professionals at all levels. Known Best Practices will be explained, demonstrated, and attendees will work in groups on real world issues in each functional area in maintenance and reliability allowing learning from the instructor and fellow attendees.
The program construction is based on the definitions of the needed skills as defined by the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals – SMRP. Since the SMRP Body of Knowledge does not follow a specific sequence, this course is designed in a sequence that benefit the attendants in a gradual build-up model.

The exam is available to any maintenance and reliability professional, regardless of education background or work experience. The only requirement to sit for the exam is to complete and submit an application. Applicants are required to sign a code of ethics statement, which attest to the fact that they have not taken the exam within the last six months and have not been convicted of a felony or other crime of moral turpitude under international, national, federal or state law in any matter related to maintenance and reliability.
